What We Believe

Medicine is evolutionary science. Dr. Grigore believes that strong beliefs drive progress. She is a pioneer in that she creates possibilities by pushing boundaries. What was once thought to be impossible in medicine, is now mainstream curable and treatable when it comes to heart failure, organ transplantation, ventricular assist devices, and ECMO.

Our patients are complex as they require specialized care with pulmonary and heart expertise. Dr. Grigore has the drive, experience, and curiosity required to create optimal outcomes when a case is difficult and seemingly unsolvable.

Only those who attempt the absurd can achieve the impossible.

Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesiology

OUR APPROACH

During surgery, the cardiovascular anesthesiologist cares for the patient undergoing open heart surgery by administering anesthetic and other types of medications, closely monitoring the patient’s vital signs, and making decisions about how to protect and regulate the patient’s organ systems. After surgery, the cardiovascular anesthesiologist monitors the patient’s recovery from anesthesia and follows the postoperative progress from the recovery room to the intensive care unit.
